Thank you for shopping with Dormelio. We ship exclusively within the United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the contiguous United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on all orders
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Calculated at checkout
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) or internationally at this time.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at larbimohamedkarim@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
