Every Dormelio product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied, return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 

What Can Be Returned

  • Both used and unused products are eligible within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must include its original cover
  • Items returned after 30 days are not eligible
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@dormelio.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (US customers)
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

Exchanges

Want a different color or product? We'll exchange within the 30-day window. Just mention it in your return email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@dormelio.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no return needed.

International Returns

International customers cover return shipping costs. Once received, we'll refund the full product price (original international shipping fee is non-refundable).
