Track Your Order

Want to know where your Dormelio pillow is? You've got two easy ways to check.

Option 1 — Use Your Tracking Email

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website
  • Estimated delivery date

Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or search for an email from orders@dormelio.com.

Option 2 — Track via Carrier Website

Enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's tracking page:

Didn't Receive Your Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are sent within 1–2 business days of placing your order. If it's been more than 3 business days and you still haven't received it, please contact us:

  • Response time: Within 24 hours, 7 days a week

Common Tracking Statuses Explained

Status What It Means
Label Created Your order has been prepared and a label printed. It will be scanned by the carrier soon.
In Transit Your package is on its way to you.
Out for Delivery Your package is on the delivery truck today.
Delivered Your package has been delivered. Check your mailbox, porch, or with a neighbor.
Exception / Delay An unexpected delay occurred. Contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Package Delivered But Not Received?

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors
  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved after 48 hours, email us at support@dormelio.com — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
