Want to know where your Dormelio pillow is? You've got two easy ways to check.
Option 1 — Use Your Tracking Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website
- Estimated delivery date
Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or search for an email from orders@dormelio.com.
Option 2 — Track via Carrier Website
Enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's tracking page:
- USPS: tools.usps.com
- UPS: ups.com/track
- FedEx: fedex.com/tracking
Didn't Receive Your Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are sent within 1–2 business days of placing your order. If it's been more than 3 business days and you still haven't received it, please contact us:

- Response time: Within 24 hours, 7 days a week
Common Tracking Statuses Explained
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Label Created | Your order has been prepared and a label printed. It will be scanned by the carrier soon. |
| In Transit | Your package is on its way to you. |
| Out for Delivery | Your package is on the delivery truck today. |
| Delivered | Your package has been delivered. Check your mailbox, porch, or with a neighbor. |
| Exception / Delay | An unexpected delay occurred. Contact us and we'll investigate immediately. |
Package Delivered But Not Received?
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 48 hours, email us at support@dormelio.com — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
