We want your Dormelio pillow to reach you as fast as possible — here's everything you need to know.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Delivery Times (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee at checkout)
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available on select orders)

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@dormelio.com. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right — period.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@dormelio.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label (US customers only)
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items should be in original condition with the cover included
  • We accept returns on both used and unused items within the 30-day window

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

Want a different color or product? We're happy to exchange within the 30-day window. Contact us at support@dormelio.com and we'll take care of it.
