What is the difference between the Butterfly Pillow and the Travel Neck Pillow?
The Butterfly Pillow is designed for home use — it's a full-size orthopedic pillow for nightly sleep that keeps your cervical spine aligned while lying down. The Travel Neck Pillow is compact and designed for upright sleeping during flights, road trips, train rides, and commutes.

Who are Dormelio pillows designed for?
Anyone experiencing neck pain, morning stiffness, poor sleep quality, or anyone who simply wants to upgrade their sleep experience. Both products are especially recommended for back sleepers, side sleepers, and frequent travelers.

Are Dormelio pillows suitable for stomach sleepers?
The Butterfly Pillow is optimized for back and side sleepers and is not recommended for stomach sleepers. The Travel Neck Pillow is designed for upright sleeping only.

How long until I feel the difference?
Most customers report noticeable improvement from the very first night (or first use for the travel pillow). An adjustment period of 3–7 nights is normal for orthopedic pillows as your body adapts to proper alignment.

Are the covers hypoallergenic?
Yes. Both pillows feature 100% hypoallergenic covers, making them safe for sensitive skin.

Care & Maintenance

Are the covers machine washable?
Yes. The covers on both products are fully removable and machine washable at 86°F (30°C). We recommend air drying.

Can I wash the foam insert?
No. The memory foam insert should not be machine washed. Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry completely before use.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the US. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Do I need to return the product to get a refund?
In most cases, yes. We'll provide a prepaid return label for US customers. Contact our support team to initiate the process.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
